High volume and established casual themed corporate restaurant is seeking a Chef/KM. Candidates must currently live in Hawaii. Candidates must be able to follow corporate recipes and SOP's. Must have strong leadership and managment skills. Good administrative and financial knowledge of labor, food cost and P&L
