New seafood restaurant opening in late fall looking for experienced, hands-on chef with STRONG management, financial & leadership skills with 3-5 years overseeing $5-7M annual sales. Must have recent hands-on experience with contemporary seafood preparation & plating. Great training program offered, culinary degree & Spanish a plus.
